Clean Up 2017
We would like to thank all participants and sponsors for a very successful 2017 Great Lake Allatoona Clean Up. This year approximately 3100 volunteers collected over 7.3 tons of trash from the shoreline. We were honored to coordinate this year’s clean up with National Public Lands Day.
Special recognition goes to the US Army Corp of Engineers for their onsite coordination of the clean up and to Georgia Power for the post clean up collection of the bags along the shore. As always, the clean up is only possible through the generosity, commitment and support of the outstanding sponsors listed below.
Many thanks to all, and we look forward to another successful clean up on October 5, 2019.
